This was my first visit to the Chapman Dodge Service Center. My service representative, Jordan Godfrey listened to my questions and helped me figure out the 'newness' of my truck. I was really pleased.
I took my brand new jeep to Chapman CDJR in south Scottsdale for an alignment after going to AutoNation north phoenix 3 times cuz they couldn’t get it right. My jeep was less than 4 weeks old and the alignment was off from factory. Chapman was able to get it done correctly in less than 2 hours. Had a wonderful experience here yesterday with Logan! I had been looking at used inventory for Subarus for quite some time and Logan helped me land on the perfect one for me. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions and the manager, Michael was also there to answer anything he didn’t know! Sean in the finance dept. helped us seal the deal! Friendly reminder to stay away from this place. Their technicians do poor work. Their customer service is even worse, after they screw you over they won’t talk to you. Lastly their leadership is sleazy - Gary the GM ignored my weekly calls for 6 months and corporate was no help!!! Save yourself the headache!!!! Go anywhere, but here. It’s too bad I’m forced to give them 1 star because they don’t deserve it!!!

Took two days to replace a common part. The cost was higher than other dealerships and the responsiveness from the service manager and the explanation of the part failure wasn’t great. And a 3% fee for using a credit card? Just silly, this isn’t a food truck… Will try other Jeep dealerships for service in the future…

I was very skeptical about about taking my vehicle to an actual dealership. My vehicle had a bunch of codes that kept popping up on my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. This is a classic shady car dealerships. I took my vehicle in for a warranty repair. It took 9 months to get the part with no contact from service except for my constant follow ups. The part was poorly installed by their team which they failed to take responsibility for. The service manager Adrian ignored my calls for months then blamed lower level staff. The GM, Gary Brewer, is a s dirtbag that took 7 months to call me back. The Chapman corporate office provided no assistance.
