Most , dare I say, enjoyable experience I have EVER had buying an automobile. Anthony was low pressure and no nonsense from the minute we started working with him. Same can be said for Tyler in finance. I had a problem accessing the final documents when I got home and one call to Tyler took care of it. VERY HAPPY, would definitely recommend Chapman Dodge Scottsdale.

It's hard to find a dealership with good follow up service. They fixed the problem and completed a recall. The service advisor kept us informed and did an excellent job. Definitely one of the better dealerships for vehicle service.

Ivan was great the buying exsperiance was smooth with no pressure. Now the cons 1)Jeep was delivered without anyone telling me about the rodent damage on the power cable to the wench in 3 locations exsposing bare cable that could have shorted out.(Lets hope theres nothing else). 2)Theres rodent damage to the isolation pad under the hood. 3)When they changed the heater core the techs falled to fill the overflow reservoir to the proper level when done.

The staff were super helpful and patient with me - i had a couple questions about coolant and how to top/fill it because I’d never done it before and I wanted to be prepared as i continue my road trip. Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. Day before my appointment a rock cracked the windshield. My service advisor quickly scheduled replacement with a local glass company. Less than 3 hours later all work was completed with 100% satisfaction.

I bought a used Ram 1500 diesel from a used car lot and have had some issues with it. Chapman Dodge has been there for me and all service staff is very nice and accommodating. They have fixed my truck on a few occasions (I do have extended warranty) and have done it faster than they say every time. This is my go to dealer for services. Thank you Chapman Dodge.

Stephen Tapia has always been great! Seems to remember all guests name. Very informative and double checks warranty coverage on car profiles. Keeps guests updated throughout the day of any changes or status.
